1. Our Policy
Subscrol operates an exchange-only policy. Digital subscriptions, once activated and working, are non-refundable. If a subscription stops working during your paid period, we work to replace it with a working equivalent. Monetary refunds are issued only as a last resort when fulfillment is not possible.
2. When You Are Eligible for an Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
- Your subscription stops working or access is lost at any point during your paid period
- The service does not function as described at the time of purchase
- You experience a disruption that cannot be resolved
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Processing time depends on availability and the nature of the issue — we do not guarantee same-day resolution in all cases.
3. When a Monetary Refund May Be Issued
A monetary refund is considered only if:
- We are unable to deliver the subscription you ordered after payment
- We are unable to provide any working exchange despite reasonable efforts
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Exchanges and refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after the subscription is activated and working
- Issues caused by your own actions (e.g., sharing credentials, usage in restricted regions, violating platform terms)
- Temporary disruptions that are subsequently resolved
- Violation of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 83295 02592 with your order details and description of the issue.
- Our team will review and work on sourcing a replacement. Timeline varies by availability.
- If an exchange cannot be arranged, we will discuss the available options with you.
6. Partial Credit
In cases where a subscription worked for part of the paid period and cannot be exchanged, we may offer a proportional credit toward a future purchase at our discretion.
