2. Description of Service
Subscrol is an independent digital subscription reseller platform. We facilitate access to premium software tools through group subscription arrangements sourced from legitimate channels. Subscrol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the third-party software brands or platforms whose services we resell, including but not limited to OpenAI, Adobe, Canva, Notion, Spotify, Google, or any other brand. All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive identification purposes.
3. Nature of Service
Group subscription access is provided on a shared or family-plan basis where permitted by the underlying platform's terms. Access is not hacked, cracked, or obtained through unauthorized means. The availability, features, and continuity of any subscription may be affected by changes made by the original platform at any time, which is beyond our control.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Subscrol, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Use of our services from outside India is at your own discretion and subject to your local laws.
5. Account Access & Credentials
- Credentials or access provided are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or transferring access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- You must not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse underlying credentials.
- Misuse or unauthorized sharing may result in termination of your subscription without any exchange or credit.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through any credentials provided to you.
6. Payments
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, PayPal, and Wise.
- Payment is required in full before delivery of subscription access.
- All transactions are final upon activation of the subscription, subject to our Exchange Policy.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Delivery
Subscription access is typically delivered via WhatsApp within a few hours of payment confirmation during our operating hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.
8. Service Continuity & Limitations
Group subscriptions may experience disruptions due to changes by the underlying platform provider, which are outside our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or exchange access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the exchange obligations stated in our Exchange Policy.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access obtained through Subscrol
- Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any subscription service
- Use access in a manner that violates the terms of service of the underlying platforms
- Make false claims about the nature of your relationship with Subscrol
10. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Subscrol website (design, text, graphics, and branding) is our intellectual property. Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed belong to their respective owners. Their use on this site does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our original content without prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that services will meet your specific requirements or that access will be continuous or error-free. Any reliance on our services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Subscrol and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific subscription in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Subscrol, its founders, and associates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
